US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders should receive a confirmation email upon completion of sale. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Customers will be contacted about any out of stock items or delays.

Habilis uses a combination of shipping providers, with most packages being shipped via USPS or UPS. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us prior to ordering.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Habilis will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 7 days of order receipt. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items must be returned with all Habilis tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
